Frequently asked questions about the marathon
The marathon is organised by Elitzur Academy of Sports, co-organised by Rotary Club of Hosur Legends.
The inaugural Hosur Midnight Marathon is scheduled for August 15, 2026.
There are two categories: School Run (3 KM) at ₹350 for school students, and 5KM Run at ₹550 open to all.
Visit the registration page on our website, select your preferred category, fill out the registration form, and complete payment online via Razorpay.
No, registrations are non-transferable. Each participant must register individually.
School Run: Open to school students (Class 1–12). 5KM Run: Open to all ages (under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian).
BIB collection happens at the Expo held at SIPCOT Arena on the day before race day.
Headphones are allowed but must be kept at a low volume so that sound is not audible to other runners.
The marathon will be held rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, the organising committee will make appropriate decisions.
